    ABOUT US

    Montrose LaserWash was founded in 2005 by Kurt Loos, a former NASA engineer who funneled his scientific background into car wash technology. In 2017, Ryan Nawrocki purchased the business and now runs the day-to-day operations. A successful entrepreneur, Ryan comes from a family of three generations of car enthusiasts. Ryan provides a hands-on approach to all maintenance throughout the facility. Numerous capital improvements have been made at the facility, such as an updated equipment computer system, wash/wax system upgrades and improvements, enhanced exterior lighting and installation of state-of-the-art video security system. Customers can feel welcome and safe while visiting the wash facility anytime day or night. Since 2005 Montrose LaserWash has been dedicated to providing its customers with the best and safest vehicle wash possible.

    Since you are open 24 hours daily, including weekends and holidays, does that mean there is always an employee on-site?

    Each day we have a member of our staff come to our facility to ensure that the equipment is operating properly. The owner of our car wash, Ryan Nawrocki, also makes regular trips to our business to ensure that things are running smoothly. Additionally, we employ a 24-hour monitoring system. If you have questions or concerns, call us on our help line anytime.

    How long does your LaserWash take?

    In total, our LaserWash takes three minutes and 50 seconds to complete—minutes less than many of our competitors but just as thorough.

    When I am getting my car cleaned, what does it mean when you say you’ll provide a “spot-free” rinse?

    Is your water recycled from other customers’ rinse water?

    No. When you visit Montrose LaserWash, you can be rest assured that the water being used on your vehicle is pure, fresh and completely softened.

    Do you use cold or hot water?

    At Montrose LaserWash, we heat our water to 120 degrees, which is the hottest level legally permitted in Ohio. Many of our competitors clean vehicles with cold water, but at our facility, we simply don’t cut corners.

    Can you accommodate all types and sizes of vehicles?

    : Our facility features an open bay, without conveyors or rails, using sensors to adjust settings to wash each vehicle—capable of handling even a quad-cab pickup truck with a full-size bed. With a seven-foot height clearance, we can wash just about any vehicle.

    Is the LaserWash system guaranteed to remove all dirt and grime from my vehicle?

    Touch-free cleaning is one of the best technologies for cleaning a vehicle, but we do recommend hand washing your vehicle couple times a year to remove underlying dirt. Occasionally, you can also take a clean towel and gently wipe down your car after the laser wash.
